Privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously. Here you’ll find which data we process, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

What data we process

Sign-in and comments

To comment, you sign in with your Google account. We store your name, email address and profile picture from Google, plus your activity on the site (comments, ratings, points). We use this data only to manage your profile and the community.

Analytics

With Google Analytics we measure, in aggregate and anonymously, how the site is used (page views, device, approximate country). This only happens if you accept analytics cookies.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies for this. You manage your consent through the cookie banner.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (sign-in and cookies) and on our legitimate interest in running the site securely, in line with the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

How long we keep it

We keep profile data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your data and the content linked to it.

Who receives it

We don’t sell data. It is processed by service providers such as Google (sign-in, analytics, advertising) under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
