Zenless Zone Zero has four working codes: ZENLESSGIFT, ZZZVOID32, ZZZINK32 and ZZZGRIND32. Together they give 110 Polychrome, 6,666 Denny, two Official Investigator Logs, three W-Engine Power Supplies and a Bangboo Algorithm Module. You redeem them from the in-game menu under More, or on HoYoverse’s official ZZZ redemption page.
If you are short of a pull, that is the point: 160 Polychrome is one Encrypted Master Tape, and these codes cover two thirds of it in a minute.

ZENLESSGIFT is the welcome code and has stayed up for a long time. The three codes ending in 32 are newer and have no end date announced, so do not leave them for later.
Codes you missed (and what they were worth)
These are expired. They show what a good week of ZZZ codes looks like, and why it pays to be quick:
- JRNY2SKY: 300 Polychrome, 3,000 Denny, 2 Senior Investigator Logs, 3 W-Engine Energy Modules.
- FLINTWORKS: 300 Polychrome, 30,000 Denny and materials.
- ZZZ31REMIELLE: 60 Polychrome, 6,666 Denny.
- ZZZSTEAM, ZZZ2YEAR, ZZZMEIJI: smaller event codes.
The 300 Polychrome codes are the ones from version livestreams. They are also the ones that die fastest, usually within a few days.
Redeem in the game
- Finish the prologue so the full menu opens.
- Open the menu (Esc on PC, the menu button on PlayStation or Xbox).
- Choose More, then Redemption Code.
- Type or paste the code and confirm.
- Collect it from your mail.
Redeem on the HoYoverse page
On the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption page you log in with your HoYoverse account, choose the server where your Proxy plays (America, Europe, Asia or TW, HK, MO), paste the code and press Redeem. This is the easiest way on console, where typing a code with the controller is slow.
Your Inter-Knot level has to be high enough for the page to accept codes. If it refuses a valid code on a new account, play a bit more and try again.

The 300 Polychrome code comes every version
Before each new version, HoYoverse runs a Special Program livestream. During it, three codes appear on stream and add up to 300 Polychrome. That is almost two pulls, and nearly three times what the permanent codes give.
The livestream normally airs about a week before the update. Follow the official Zenless Zone Zero accounts and redeem the codes the same evening. If you check a list two days later, they are already in the expired column.
Where to put the rewards
- Polychrome: keep it for a limited Agent channel. The standard channel can wait.
- Investigator Logs: experience for the Agent you are levelling right now.
- W-Engine Power Supplies and Energy Modules: level up the W-Engine of your main damage dealer.
- Denny: everything in New Eridu costs Denny, so spend it on skills first.
Any site that wants your HoYoverse password to send you Polychrome is a trap. Real codes are public words you type into the game or into HoYoverse’s own page.
Pity in Zenless Zone Zero
On the Exclusive Channel, an S-Rank Agent is guaranteed within 90 pulls, and the first one is a 50/50; lose it and the next S-Rank is the featured Agent. The W-Engine Channel has its own pity of 80 with a better chance of getting the featured W-Engine. Pity carries over between channels of the same type.
Do not spend Polychrome on Battery Charge refills or on the Stable Channel. Convert it into Encrypted Master Tapes only for the Agent you want.
Free Polychrome you can farm
- Daily Engagement: reach the daily activity target and you get 60 Polychrome a day.
- Shiyu Defense and Deadly Assault: the endgame modes reset on a cycle and pay Polychrome for every rating you reach.
- Hollow Zero and Lost Void: weekly progress gives Polychrome and materials.
- Events and web events every version, plus the HoYoLAB daily check-in.
- Inter-Knot level rewards, Achievements and Errands around New Eridu.
Compared with those, codes are small but free of effort. 110 Polychrome is almost two days of Daily Engagement.
